Whatever it is, the way you tell your story can make all the difference.
This body of work by Katie Knudsen is about the significance memories have in shaping our identity. Memories can morph over time, they may get blurred, and others seem to be burned into ones mind and can reoccur without provocation or will. This collection represents core memories in her life, how they pop up out of nowhere and get distorted as time passes. They represent memories stored in the body, repressed ones, and the ones revisited in moments of joy and sorrow.
